A Quick Update...

Tis the season to obsess with listmaking & online research/shopping followed by hitting the streets....then, more lists, getting online again....followed by more time hitting the streets....Shopping/erranding I mean, no sketchy activities involved.....Obsessive compulsive disorder is in full control.......Soon I will emerge once again to engage in relationship with humanity versus lists, catalogues/sale ads, and the unholy trinity of Car/Freeway/Store..... Til then...HO, HO, HO....MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Tea For Not Two, But Fabulous Five!

We laughed, we cried....It WAS a party....A lovely tea party (Lisa, thanks for the hard work we all know went into it)...Still processing the event, and dwelling on just what it is that draws us together from our respective spots in the world ....Some of us only knew of each other in a distant high school memory book of the brain... Yet here we were, traveling from afar... So readily willing to share bits of who we have become!....What I have realized......The first coming together of old relationship into new friendship is such a small beginning....It takes much more to truly know who we are, and are becoming.....But it IS indeed.....A sweet beginning...

A Week Later...

So, I've been home from Houston for a week and am living in the moment; aiming for love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, and self control....done with an energetic attitude..................Okay, aiming to get out of bed and get something....anything done!!
In Houston Lindsay, Stephanie, the boys and I went to the zoo (which was huge); enjoyed walking in the hood with Bing; went to the park; did a little shopping; ate good food and in general, just dwelt together for a few days....Sweet memories to cherish...
